Cost
Postage is charged once per order, not per pack: ¥600 however many packs you order, and nothing at all once the order reaches ¥15,000. The figures here are read from the shop itself, so they cannot drift from what you are charged at checkout.
Where we ship
We currently deliver to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States.
Orders going outside the customs area of the country we ship from may attract import duty or tax on arrival. That is charged by the carrier or the authorities, not by us, and it is not included in the price you pay here.
When
Packs are picked, drawn and packed within working days of an order being paid. Carriage after that is . We will send you a tracking number when the parcel goes out.
A shirt is drawn when your order is packed, not when you order. That is why the design on your order page appears at dispatch and not before.
If it does not arrive
Tell us. We will chase the carrier, and if the parcel is lost we will replace or refund it. Because every series is a fixed run, a replacement is drawn afresh — we cannot promise you the same design twice.
Fill in the handling time, the carrier and the delivery times per zone, and add a table of shipping rates if they will differ by country.
