Your right to withdraw
If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK you may withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. The period runs from the day you, or someone you nominate, takes possession of the goods.
To withdraw, tell us clearly that you are withdrawing — an email to is enough. You may use the model form, but you do not have to. Sending your message before the fourteen days are up is enough to keep the deadline.
An opened pack can still go back
Opening a pack does not end your right to withdraw. A T-shirt is not one of the sealed goods the law excludes for reasons of health or hygiene, and we do not pretend otherwise. You may handle a shirt as you would in a shop — try it on, look at the print — and still send it back.
What you may be charged for is a loss in value caused by handling that goes beyond that: a shirt that has been worn out of the house, washed, altered or printed on is worth less, and we may deduct that.
What happens then
- We refund everything you paid, including the standard delivery cost, within fourteen days of receiving your withdrawal.
- We refund by the same means you paid, unless we agree otherwise. It costs you nothing.
- We may hold the refund until the goods are back with us, or until you show they have been sent.
- You send the goods back within fourteen days of telling us, and you carry the direct cost of the return.
- You are not being refunded for a design you did not like — but you do not have to say why you are withdrawing, and we will not ask.
Outside the EU and the UK
There is no statutory cooling-off period for online orders in Japan, so what applies there is our own policy, and it is the same one: fourteen days from delivery, opened or not, you pay the return postage, we refund the rest. We would rather have the shirt back than a customer who feels caught out.
