1. Who you are buying from
These terms govern every order placed through this shop, operated by . They apply in the version current at the time of your order.
2. What a pack is
You are buying a sealed pack containing one T-shirt in the size you chose. You are not buying a particular design, and you cannot choose one. Which design a pack contains is decided by a draw against the published rates.
- The rates are published on the product page, printed on the pack itself, and are the same in every size.
- The draw is made once, by us, when your order is packed, and is recorded against your order. It cannot be repeated or altered afterwards.
- Nothing is weighted by what you have spent, and nothing carries over between packs. Each pack is drawn on its own.
- Every design that can come out of a pack is shown on the product page, except the secret design of a series, which is withheld until that series has sold out.
A pack that has been opened cannot be exchanged for a different design. That is the product, not a restriction on it.
3. How a contract comes about
Putting packs in a cart is not an order. Placing the order is your offer to buy. The contract comes about when we confirm the order by email, or at the latest when we dispatch it. If we cannot fulfil an order — most often because the last packs of a size went while you were checking out — we will say so and refund anything already paid.
4. Editions, and running out
Each series is printed once, to a fixed number. When those packs are gone the series closes. There is no restock, no second run and no waiting list that gets served later. Stock shown in the shop is live, but two people can reach the last pack at the same moment; the order that completes first gets it.
5. Prices
Prices are shown per pack and include statutory VAT at the rate stated at checkout. Shipping is added at checkout and shown before you order. The price that applies is the one displayed when you place the order — a later price change never reaches an order that has already been placed.
6. Payment
Payment methods and when payment is due are set out on the payment page, which forms part of these terms.
7. Delivery
Delivery areas, costs and times are set out on the shipping page, which forms part of these terms. We deliver to the address you give at checkout; please check it before ordering.
8. Retention of title
Goods remain our property until they are paid for in full.
9. Cancellation
If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK you have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract. It is set out in full, together with our own returns policy, on the returns and cancellation page.
10. Faults
Your statutory rights apply if a shirt arrives damaged, misprinted or not as described. Tell us within a reasonable time of noticing and we will replace it or refund it. A design you did not want is not a fault.
11. Your account
Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think somebody else has it. We may disable an account that is being used to attack the shop or to place orders in bad faith; anything already paid for is still delivered or refunded.
12. Liability
We are liable without limit for injury to life, body or health, and for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence. Otherwise we are liable only for breach of an obligation essential to the contract, and then only up to the loss that was foreseeable when the contract was made. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Governing law and disputes
The law of applies. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are willing to take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration body.
14. If a clause fails
If any part of these terms turns out to be invalid, the rest stands.
Fill in the operating company, the governing law, and whether you take part in consumer arbitration. Then have the whole document read by a lawyer in the country you are selling from.
